Cities
Cities replaces noble tiles with three city tiles drawn from a larger pool. Each city sets a goal in prestige points and/or development cards, and a player must complete one city objective to win.
Open a base Splendor table with the Splendor The Silk Road expansion, then use Cities, Trading Posts, or both modules before inviting players.
